The Travelling Film Festival returns to Forum 6 Cinemas from 17-19 March with the best of Australian and International cinema!
Opening the festival is SWEET AS- winner of the NETPAC Award at Toronto Film Festival, this endearing coming of age story follows a 15-year-old Indigenous girl who finds escape and inspiration through photography during a youth-therapy trip in the stunning outback of Western Australia.
Other festival highlights include AFTERSUN, in which Best Actor Academy Award Nominee Paul Mescal shines in this superb and searingly emotional portrait of a father-daughter relationship; EO, Polish master Jerzy Skolimowski’s bold new Cannes Jury Prize-winning drama follows a nomadic donkey as it experiences the best and worst mankind has to offer; WE ARE STILL HERE, an unparalleled First Nations celebration, interweaving eight stories by 10 directors from Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.
