Barraba’s Nandewar Historical Society holds a monthly market in the gardens of their historical Museum.
The market stall holders offer a wide range of locally produced goods including delicious home made jams, chutneys, relishes, cakes, biscuits, local honey, plus hand made pottery, greeting cards, timber ware.
Also on sale are indoor and outdoor plants, macrame, and much, much more.
Our local musicians “The Edward Street trio” will entertain us and our pop in jembe drummer may also be present.
Our very popular BBQ will be cooking locally made sausages all morning plus tea & coffee is available on the Historical Society stall.
Our Museum is open during this time with our friendly members on hand to discuss and share local history information. The Historical Society stall offers a wide range of pre-loved books and a collection of historical books written by our local historian, Margaret.
Whilst in Barraba, visit our amazing silo art and several other magnificent wall murals in our main street!
