NIAS are thrilled to host International Women’s Day Afternoon Tea at Tamworth Jockey Club on Thursday 7 March, 2024.
This groundbreaking panel of inspirational speakers, including:
- MC Eloise Soiher – presenter from Fox Sports Australia
- Kezie Apps – NSW Dairy Ambassador and NRLW Player for Wests’ Tigers
- Dr Rachel Horton, International Rugby Referee and Principal of The Armidale School (TAS)
- and more brilliant sportswomen to be announced soon
Will share stories of their careers, and how they manage to kick goals on and off the field.
👉 This event will take place from 4pm to 6pm to allow this to occur after school hours!
- Schools and sporting organisations are encouraged to bring together groups for this special occasion
- International Women’s Day is a great opportunity to come together to celebrate the successes, challenges and progress for women and girls
- This event aims to generate funds to help create a foundation for women and girls within NIAS programs to help them to achieve their sporting goals
