In this Workshop, we will teach you how to make Brie Cheese, Pepper Jack cheese, Blue Moon cheese and Havarti cheese.

This is a mixture of Hard and Soft cheeses.

This workshop is hands-on and you will learn it all step-by-step. When done you will get a step-by-step booklet with you to take home.
