2022 Nundle Country Picnic

Sunday 10 April, 2022 @ 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm AEST

$44.50

Nundle Events & Groups again will be collaborating with local businesses and present delicious food, live local music, and new season winter fashion to make for an idyllic Sunday afternoon at the annual Nundle Country Picnic in the grounds of the Nundle Woollen Mill from 12 noon to 3pm on Sunday 10th April 2022, 12noon.

The event is a fixture on the Nundle calendar and welcomes visitors to spend the afternoon relaxing in the lush gardens of Nundle Woollen Mill grounds enjoying a leisurely catered picnic lunch whilst connecting with family and friends.

The 2022 event welcomes local family and hospitality guru’s, Belinda & John Krsulja and their daughters, Brooke, Jade and Montana, whom spearhead their local Nundle wedding and conference venue, “The Dag”. The partnership will see Belinda and her family cater for this year’s “Picnic Lunch” with her personally designed scrumptous 2 course menu featuring:

MENU:
Mildly Spiced and marinated Chicken Skewer, Zucchini, sun-dried tomato and Feta Slice, accompanied by a Sweet & Spicy Crunchy Coleslaw, Greek Salad and Potato Salad with Fresh Rocket, red onion and Mustard Seed Dressing. Finished off with individual locally harvested Blackberry Tarts and Peel Valley Dollop Cream.
The afternoon will showcase new season fashions from Nundle Woollen Mill and Sacs on Jenkins in a parade featuring local models. Nundle Woollen Mill owner Kylie Bradford says she enjoys looking for value for money and points of difference when fashion buying for their diverse customer base with a focus on real fashion for real women. Teresa & Emily Eather, Nundle mother and daughter team behind fashion and accessory boutique, Sacs on Jenkins enjoy curating the latest affordable, unique and good quality items to feature at the event and in store.

Back by popular demand, Nundle singer/songwriter Jeff “Gibbo” Gibson will bring original rootsy folk from three albums to the afternoon plus popular covers.
Teree Burr from Nundle Events & Groups, a local bespoke destination and event management Company, says “this event always attracts return visitors to Nundle for a day out or a weekend away. Again, we will focus on all things Nundle and create a well rounded, sustainable event that supports local small businesses and their families whilst bringing benefit to the wider Nundle business Community.”
