Tamworth Homeless Connect is a not for profit event dedicated to providing much needed services including accommodation and housing, health, education & life skills, support for families, employment, support for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and other members of the community in need of assistance.
Tamworth Homeless Connect Day provides an opportunity for homeless people, service providers and the community to work together to create solutions to homelessness and for providers of services to network, learn collaboratively from one another and share best practice experiences. Support and connections offered may include housing, medical & dental issues, employment, legal issues, recreation opportunities, identification issues, electoral enrolment and various other support services.
We are now accepting stallholder expressions of interest for Tamworth Homeless Connect 2024. To receive a copy of the form
