This class teaches you to create traditional Gnocchi Matriciana, starting with simple ingredients: potato, flour, butter, and eggs. You’ll hand-roll the gnocchi into its classic shape before crafting a rich, authentic Italian sauce from scratch. To bring it all together, we’ll use fresh tomatoes, Guanciale (smoked pork), garlic, chilli, and Parmesan cheese.
