Manilla Vintage Machinery Rally

Manilla Vintage Machinery Rally is an annual gathering of hundreds of old machines that are in beautiful condition and are owned by people who are keen to show you how they work.
The featured machine this year is the Lister stationary engine, but there will be hundreds of others, tractors, trucks and cars, small engines, gadgets and tools. Most will be running, and the owners are always up for a chat.
The rally is a must-see for vintage machinery enthusiasts, and a surprising day out if you are not familiar with the amazing range and ingenuity of old devices.
There will be a Swap Meet alley with vintage items for sale, and a street parade through Manilla on the Saturday morning.
The rally is on June 8 and 9, Saturday and Sunday of the long weekend, at the Manilla Showground. Entry is $10 for anyone 16 and over, and free for those under 16. The rally will be open 9 to 5 on Saturday, and 9 to 3 on Sunday.
