This pasta class covers some introductory types of fresh pasta with recipes, explanatory notes and hands-on experience. Different shapes will be demonstrated and trialed with samples to take home.
All ingredients and equipment needed are supplied. Fresh pasta with sauces, accompaniments, salads and dessert will be prepared together and enjoyed as a long lunch on the verandah, or inside if the weather is cool. Morning tea with cake and espresso coffee included. BYO drinks for lunch if required.
