Women of all age groups in Australia are reported to be deficient in micronutrients mainly iron, iodine, Zinc, folate and vitamin B12. The
micronutrients are required for optimal functioning of our hormones, cognition and fertility. This talk will answer why these nutrients are required and how much of these nutrients need to be consumed daily to maintain optimal health.
