Tamworth Regional Astronomy Centre

Join us for an evening of stargazing and scientific discovery at the Tamworth Regional Astronomy Centre! Our Public Event Nights are held on the first Saturday of each month.

Schedule:

• 6:00 pm: Social hour with tea, coffee, biscuits, and drinks available for a small fee.
• 7:00 pm: Astronomy and science presentation.
• 8:00 pm: Telescope viewing session (weather permitting).

We’ll have a variety of optical telescopes available, including the impressive 34-inch Hewitt Camera, to explore galaxies, nebulas, star clusters, comets, and more.

Note: Even though it’s summer, evenings can get cool, so please bring a jacket.
