Featuring a curated three course menu by guest chef Cathy Armstrong of Kinship Kitchen (Armidale) and showcasing award-winning beef from Colly Creek Pastoral Co (Willow Tree) and In Two Minds Wines (Mudgee), from award-winning winemakers Kate Day and Nina Day.
