On the first Saturday of every month come gather in circle with other women.
A space for you to unravel and step into your fullest expression through guided rituals and practices.
A space for you to get out of your head and into your body so you can be more present in life.
The three pillars of each session will include sound, movement and breath.
Please bring along a pillow/yoga mat and water.
