Where: City Bowling Club, Corner Napier &, Brisbane St. (Next to the Anzac Park) Tamworth

In this Workshop, we will teach you how to make Bacon, Beef Jerky, Quick bacon and Pastrami.

This workshop is hands-on and you will learn it all step-by-step.

When done you will get a step-by-step booklet with you to take home and you get to take home all the products you have made.

Bring an Eski/Container for transport, if you have far to travel.
