Peel Inn Nundle

A 150 plus year old hotel, the Peel Inn Nundle, is nestled in the hills of the great dividing range.

The hotel was built in 1860 and was won in a poker game by John Schofield in about 1863. The hotel still remains in the Schofield family to this day.

It has a six metre deep veranda which was attached in the early 1900s. Their famous grapevine covered beer garden offers scrumptious pub style food.

The exterior remains largely unchanged from the gold rush days, with decorative iron work and wunderlich tin still a feature on the balcony.
